Are you a wuss? It's not a bad thing if you are, this is just the pepper jelly for you. Jalapenos grown without capsaicin (that's the stuff that makes it hot), enjoy all the flavor with none of the heat. Being the Grumpy Man is hard, people always assume you don't like people, but yet, here I am, making this wonderful delicacy just for you without my signature datil pepper. Forget about liking people, that is down right loving people.
So not hot, you can feed it to a baby, but I wouldn't, it is jelly and there is a lot of sugar in it.
